These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and Phase 1 Peptides LLC (“Phase 1 Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website at phase1-peptides.com (the “Site”), any related services, customer accounts, and the purchase, receipt, and handling of our products (collectively, the “Services”).
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, PLACING AN ORDER, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, INCLUDING THE BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 17. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
All products sold by Phase 1 Peptides are supplied solely for in vitro laboratory research and development use by qualified professionals. By accessing the Services and placing any order, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
The products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for actual or suspected violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order in whole or in part for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or regulatory concerns. Acceptance of your order occurs only when we charge your payment method and ship the product.
Product images and descriptions are illustrative only. Actual products may vary. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or require payment of the correct price. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or excise taxes, as well as any carrier surcharges or address- correction fees.
Promotional offers, discount codes, and volume discounts are subject to their stated terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Codes are non-transferable and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Phase 1 Peptides and our payment processors to charge the full order amount, including any taxes, fees, and shipping charges. If your payment method is declined or reversed for any reason, we may suspend fulfillment, cancel the order, or pursue collection of amounts due.
We may decline transactions, request additional verification, or cancel orders flagged by our fraud-prevention systems. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and collection activity.
Estimated shipping times are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Title to and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the common carrier at our facility, except as expressly modified by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Every order includes complimentary delivery protection against loss, theft, or damage in transit, subject to the limits described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery protection is not insurance and does not constitute a contract of insurance.
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy for limited exceptions related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items and the process for requesting review.
You may not resell, re-distribute, or transfer the products to any third party without our prior written consent. Any resale or transfer in violation of these Terms may result in immediate account termination, order cancellation, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to us, you grant Phase 1 Peptides a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you own or have the right to license such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, product photos, descriptions, and software, is owned by Phase 1 Peptides or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may access and use the content solely for your lawful personal or internal business use in connection with the Services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
“Phase 1 Peptides,” the P1 mark, and related logos are trademarks of Phase 1 Peptides LLC.

Phase 1 Peptides does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. PHASE 1 PEPTIDES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the products will meet any particular research objective.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PHASE 1 PEPTIDES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You acknowledge that research chemicals may be inherently hazardous and that use of the products outside of a laboratory research setting is dangerous and unlawful. You assume all risks associated with your purchase, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Phase 1 Peptides and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use or misuse of the Services or products; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) any representation or warranty you made that proves to be false; or (e) any injury, damage, or harm caused by your handling, storage, use, or disposal of the products.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 1, 7, 8, 10, 13–19) will remain in effect.

Informal Resolution. Before filing any claim, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@phase1-peptides.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days of receiving your notice.
Agreement to Arbitrate.Except as described below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any products you purchase will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator and will take place in Wyoming, or by videoconference if the value of the claim is below a threshold the arbitrator determines makes an in-person proceeding unduly burdensome.
Class Action Waiver.YOU AND PHASE 1 PEPTIDES AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR MASS ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding.
Exceptions. The arbitration requirement does not apply to: (a) small-claims court actions for claims that qualify; (b) actions to enforce or protect intellectual property rights; or (c) actions seeking injunctive or equitable relief for an alleged unauthorized use or misappropriation.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to support@phase1-peptides.com within thirty (30) days after first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 17 (Arbitration), any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by posting a notice on the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Phase 1 Peptides regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, labor disputes, carrier failures, power outages, governmental actions, or Internet service disruptions.
Notice. Notices to Phase 1 Peptides must be sent to support@phase1-peptides.com. Notices to you may be delivered by email to your account address or by posting on the Site.
