This Research Use Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all products offered and sold by Phase 1 Peptides LLC (“Phase 1 Peptides”). Before placing any order, please read and understand the restrictions and responsibilities set forth below.

1. Products Are Sold for Research Use Only

All products sold by Phase 1 Peptides are supplied solely for in vitro laboratory research and development by qualified professionals.

The products are expressly:

  • Not for human consumption, ingestion, injection, or application;
  • Not for animal or veterinary use;
  • Not for clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or cosmetic use;
  • Not dietary supplements, drugs, or food products;
  • Not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority.

Statements made on our website or in our communications have not been evaluated by the FDA. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition.

2. Purchaser Representations

By purchasing from Phase 1 Peptides, you represent and warrant that:

  • You will label, store, and dispose of the products in accordance with applicable laboratory safety standards and laws;
  • You will not sell, re-sell, distribute, transfer, gift, or supply the products to any person or entity who intends to use them in any manner inconsistent with this Disclaimer.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

  • Administer the products to any human being or animal;
  • Ingest, inject, apply to skin, inhale, or otherwise consume the products;
  • Use the products in the preparation of any food, supplement, cosmetic, or personal-care product;
  • Use the products for any clinical, medical, veterinary, or diagnostic purpose;
  • Represent that the products are approved, reviewed, or endorsed by any governmental or regulatory authority;
  • Use the products in any manner that violates any law or regulation.

4. Assumption of Risk

Research chemicals may be inherently hazardous. Improper handling, storage, or use may result in serious personal injury, property damage, or death. You acknowledge and agree that you assume all risk associated with your purchase, receipt, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products. Phase 1 Peptides makes no representation or warranty as to the safety, efficacy, or suitability of the products for any particular purpose.

5. No Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice

Information provided on our website or in our communications is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical, legal, scientific, or professional advice. If you have questions about the appropriate use, handling, or storage of research chemicals, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

6. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the products and all related information are provided “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Phase 1 Peptides disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phase 1 Peptides and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any damages for personal injury, property damage, or loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with the purchase, handling, use, or disposal of the products, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability is further limited as described in our Terms of Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Phase 1 Peptides and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any violation of this Disclaimer or any misuse of the products by you or any third party to whom you provide the products.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, to terminate any account, and to refuse access to the Services, at our sole discretion, where we have a reasonable basis to believe that the order or account violates this Disclaimer, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.

10. Acknowledgment

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Research Use Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services or purchase our products.
