Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We ship to addresses within the United States via trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier used for each order is selected to deliver your shipment safely and within the timeframe of the service you selected.
Some rural areas may experience slight delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
We offer free Standard Shipping on all single orders over $200 (before tax and after discounts). Orders must meet the $200 minimum in one transaction. Orders cannot be combined or modified after checkout.
Every order includes complimentary delivery protection at no extra cost. Shipments that are lost in transit, stolen, damaged on arrival, or contain missing items are covered directly by Phase 1 Peptides. This is not insurance and does not constitute a contract of insurance in any form.
Orders are final once placed. We do not allow modifications, additions, cancellations, or combining multiple orders. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before completing your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@phase1-peptides.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.
