Global Privacy Control (GPC). When you visit the Site using a browser or extension that transmits a valid GPC signal, we treat that signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, where applicable under California law.

We do not currently respond to other “Do Not Track” browser signals because there is no uniform industry standard for their interpretation.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including:

  • Account information: for the life of your account plus a reasonable period thereafter;
  • Order and transaction records: for at least seven (7) years to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements;
  • Customer support correspondence: for up to three (3) years after the last interaction;
  • Marketing preferences: until you opt out or your account is closed;
  • Website logs and analytics: typically up to 24 months.

We may retain information longer where required by law or to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements.

8. Data Security

  • Right Against Discrimination: not be discriminated against for exercising any of the above rights;
  • Right to Appeal: in some states, you may appeal a decision we make regarding your rights request.

9.1 How to Submit a Request

Submit privacy rights requests by emailing support@phase1-peptides.comwith the subject line “Privacy Rights Request.” We will verify your identity by matching information you provide to information we already have on file. For deletion or correction requests, we may require additional verification steps. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary).

9.2 Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require written authorization signed by you and will verify your identity directly before acting on any such request.

9.3 California Shine the Light

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about our disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to and not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Our Services are further intended only for users who are 21 years of age or older. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. 11. International Users

The Services are operated from and intended for users in the United States. Personal information is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your country of residence.
