This Returns & Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) describes our position on returns, refunds, replacements, and the limited circumstances in which we may offer remedies for products purchased from Phase 1 Peptides LLC (“Phase 1 Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through phase1-peptides.com. Because our products are research-grade materials with strict handling, storage, and chain-of-custody requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

If you receive an item that is (a) damaged in transit, (b) defective upon arrival, or (c) different from what you ordered, you may request review under this section.
You must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery (as shown by the carrier’s proof of delivery). Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable. We will select the remedy we believe best suits the situation. Approval of one claim does not guarantee approval of any future claim.
You may be required to retain the affected product and packaging for a period of up to thirty (30) days to allow for carrier investigation or additional review. Do not discard or attempt to ship the product back without our written authorization.
Every order includes complimentary delivery protection covering packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, subject to our review and reasonable investigation. Delivery protection is not insurance and does not constitute a contract of insurance. We provide this protection at our sole discretion as a customer service benefit.

If you still cannot locate the package after 48 hours, contact us at support@phase1-peptides.com within seven (7) days of the “delivered” scan so we can investigate.
If the carrier’s records indicate the package was delivered to a location different from the address you provided, we will investigate with the carrier. Phase 1 Peptides is not responsible for deliveries mis-routed due to address errors provided by you.
Delivery time estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guarantees. Phase 1 Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier operational issues, regulatory holds, or incorrect shipping information.
Where a refund is approved under this Refund Policy, the following amounts are generally non-refundable:
Once an order is submitted and payment is captured, we begin fulfillment immediately. Accordingly, orders generally cannot be cancelled, modified, combined, or redirected after checkout. Please double-check your cart and shipping information before submitting your order.
If you wish to attempt a cancellation, email us at support@phase1-peptides.com immediately. We will try to accommodate your request if the order has not already been packed or shipped, but we make no guarantee that we will be able to do so.

If you refuse delivery of a package or a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the delivery was not accepted, we are not obligated to refund or re-ship the order. If we choose to refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost and any return-shipping charges from the refund.
Store credit, where issued, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash. Store credit expires twelve (12) months after issuance unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance.
The review and issuance of any remedy under this Refund Policy is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the requirements set forth here or that we determine in good faith to be fraudulent, duplicative, or abusive.
