What are your products used for?All Phase 1 Peptides products are supplied exclusively for laboratory research and in vitro studies. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, or therapeutic application.
What does HPLC purity testing mean for research peptides?HPLC purity is expressed as the percentage of the chromatographically detected sample attributable to the target peptide. Phase 1 Peptides applies an HPLC purity acceptance threshold that exceeds the standard research-grade benchmark. See Lab Testing & Verified Purity for a detailed methodology overview.
Are your products third-party tested?Products are independently analyzed by independent analytical laboratories. The Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each lot is published on our website.
What form do your peptides come in?Most peptides are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed glass vials. Some products, such as Bacteriostatic Water, are supplied as liquids. See our guide on reconstituting lyophilized peptides for laboratory protocol context.
Ordering
How do I place an order?Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed through checkout. No account is required to order. You will be asked to confirm that you are 21 or older when entering the site.
Do I need to create an account?No. Guest checkout is available at all times. Creating an account simply adds benefits such as order tracking, saved addresses, and faster checkout on future orders.
What payment methods do you accept?We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?Orders are final once placed. We do not allow modifications, additions, cancellations, or combining of orders. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?Our Phase 1 Welcome Savings program automatically applies tiered discounts: 10% off orders $300+, 15% off $400+, and 20% off $500+.
Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?We offer three tiers: Standard Shipping ($10, or free on orders over $200), Express Shipping ($20), and Overnight Shipping ($45). Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Is shipping free?Standard shipping is free on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 have a $10 standard shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally?Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
How do I track my order?Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. You can also view tracking information on your account page if you are signed in.
Delivery Protection
What is Delivery Protection?Every order includes complimentary delivery protection at no extra cost. It covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
How do I file a claim?Contact our support team at support@phase1-peptides.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and a description of the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not permitted.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review and resolve qualifying cases.

How do I create an account?Click the account icon in the top navigation and select "Create Account" in the sign-in popup. You will need to provide an email, password, and date of birth (21+ required). A verification email will be sent to activate your account.
